Swedish Massage
This is also referred to as body massage, using lighter strokes than sports massage called effleurage and kneading movements known as petrissage, to gently relax and soothe tired and tense muscles.
Swedish massage is the most common and best-known type of massage in Western Europe. If it’s your first time having a massage, Swedish massage is the best place to start. Before the massage, please let Verity know of any injuries or other conditions you have. Things you would want to mention include areas of tightness or pain, allergies, and conditions like pregnancy.
